Extended Warranty Coverage

To have proper coverage of the Extended Warranty Coverage ALL products purchased must be first registered within 30 days of receipt of shipment (date confirmed by Fedex or UPS tracking data). Customer must then properly fill out the Extended Warranty Coverage and supply appropriate information.

Extended Warranty Coverage Terms

The AxiomLED Extended Warranty Coverage applies only to products purchased on the AxiomLED online website store with the “Extended Warranty Coverage” option selected and purchased online at the time of the order for products.

There are two types of Extended Warranty Coverage policies:

•EXT250 - Covers up to $250 of coverage including materials and Labor Costs
•EXT500 - Covers up to $500 of coverage including materials and Labor Costs

1)Extended Product Warranty which extends the Standard Product Warranty for an extended time specified at the time of purchase and up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of purchase. Customers that purchase Extended Product Warranties must register all warranties online within 30 days of receipt of products ordered to be considered for Warranty eligibility.
2)Extended Product Warranty + Labor Cost reimbursement to retrofit or replace faulty products. Options provided in this category specifically specify the amount of maximum coverage. Customers that purchase this option must register Labor Warranty coverage online within 30 days of receipt of products and must fill out an online registration which includes: A) Job Location/Address, B) Retail Store name, C) City or County Permit for installation, D) UL file number assigned to installation, E) photographs of installed products, F) and AxiomLED Order Number. AxiomLED will cover the replacement of faulty products and reimburse Labor Cost up to the maximum purchased.

It is understood that any information obtained from Extended Product Warranty installations can be used by AxiomLED for marketing purposes.

Items Explicitly NOT covered by this Extended Warranty Coverage

See AxiomLED for items NOT covered: Standard Warranty. Additionally, AxiomLED does not cover Labor Costs above and beyond the purchased amount. AxiomLED also does not cover Labor Costs performed on site installations other than those originally registered.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES BY AXIOM ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE ARE MADE BY AXIOM TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY, AND AXIOM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Process for Using and Claiming Extended Warranty Coverage

AXIOM POWER CORP warrants that its products sold shall be in compliance with the data sheets and cut sheets for the respective products. If the product in question is still covered within the Registered Warranty Period and you are seeking reimbursement of Labor Costs to replace or fix faulty products.

Contact AxiomLED at CustomerService@axiomled.com and provide the RMA number for defective product that were processed and returned to you.

Provide an invoice made out to Axiom Power Corp detailing the Extended Warranty Registration Number, the extent of Labor performed, cost of Labor Performed and the contact and physical address of where service was provided information so we can verify that the work was completed.

Entire Agreement

Unless modified in a writing signed by both AXIOM and Purchaser/User, this Extended Warranty Coverage is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between AXIOM and Purchaser, including without limitation any statements made by salespersons or other representatives of AXIOM. No employee or other representative of AXIOM or any other party is authorized to make any warranty in addition to the warranty contained in this document.
