Manuel Lynch
Founder/Director - CEO
Manuel has been involved with LED lighting for over 20 years. Mr. Lynch is a patent holder (US Patents 7,582,911, 7,329,024, and 7,102,172) of several LED based technologies focused on increasing the useable lifetime of an LED. He is also the Co-Founder/Director of AoTuroaLED Limited in New Zealand which is focused on energy efficient, low cost LED lighting solutions for homes and offices. Prior to Axiom NZ Mr. Lynch had opened up NASDAQ while serving as VP of Business Development for Microsemi Semiconductor and served as CEO of Permlight LED systems where he orchestrated Progress Lighting (Hubbell Lighting NYSE: HUBB), the world's largest residential lighting company to adopt the patented LED lighting fixture line.  Mr. Lynch has also served as Director of New Product Technology for Sea Gull Lighting in New Jersey, a division of Generation Brands.

Stephanie Prather

Founder/Director - VP of Sales
Stephanie is responsible for the expansion of Axiom NZ's product sales globally.  Prior to Axiom NZ Stephanie was head of sales for Reverse Home Equity Mortgages for Country Wide/Bank of America in the State of Nevada.

Stephanie is also Axiom NZ's Sea Turtle lighting specialist where she travels around the world to Sea Turtle nesting locations and works with conservationist on educating the public on how Amber LED Lighting can be used to help Sea Turtles.
